Is it Wednesday already??
Not much to report. I slacked off on exercise this week because my knees were absolutely killing me. My winter boots have very poor traction, so bracing myself on icy sidewalks whenever I stepped out really hurt. I finally smartened up and bought new boots so now I can walk without slipping now. I can pick up with the workouts again.
so, long story short, I didn't lose this week. BUT, that means I didn't gain either.
