Vegetarian Quesadillas with home made tortillas and guacamole
Pizza
Hamburgers with crudite and dip
Corned Beef and Cabbage (for St. Patrick's Day, of course!)
Breaded Shrimp with roasted potatoes
Chicken lettuce wraps with brown rice on the side.
